Health and Fitness Goals: Achieve Them with the Help of Online Tools

If your resolution this year is to achieve specific health and fitness goals, perhaps these online tools can help you in your wellness journey. I recently discovered them and was immediately intrigued. But since I just gave birth four weeks ago, I’m not yet allowed to work out. My OB-Gyn advised that I have to wait until at least six weeks to be able to.

I also can’t go on a diet because I’m exclusively breastfeeding my baby. So for now, I’m just maintaining a healthy and balanced diet like I always do. I try to eat food that’s high in fiber since I’m experiencing postpartum constipation as well.

However, I have bookmarked these health and fitness online tools. I’m looking forward to working out again—not really to lose the postpartum weight but to get stronger! With my baby slowly getting heavier every day, I need to be able to keep up.

Achieving Your Health and Fitness Goals

If you’re interested in these online tools to help you with your health and fitness goals, check them out below.

Weight Loss Calculator

First up is the Weight Loss Calculator. My goal is to eventually lose the 35 pounds I gained from pregnancy and be back to my original weight, which is 108 pounds. I’m 5 feet and 3 inches, and I’m currently 32 years old. So this weight is quite healthy for me.

If you scroll down, you can also fill out your weight loss goals, body fat, waistline in inches, meals per day, etc. It’s quite comprehensive actually!

When you click on Calculate, you’ll find data that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Body Fat Calculator

Up next is the Body Fat Calculator. This was helpful for me in filling out the Weight Loss Calculator. You just need to input your height, weight, and age. It will then calculate your body fat percentage.

Workout Calculator

Last but not least is the Workout Calculator—something I’m definitely going to use when I’m cleared to exercise again. Like the previous calculators, you need to input your height, weight, and age. You’ll then have to fill out the type of workout you did and the duration. It will calculate approximately how many calories you burned!

Start Reaching Your Health and Fitness Goals

With these cool and easy-to-use online tools, it’s definitely possible to kickstart your wellness journey. In fact, I’m already inspired to start mine! My motivation is to get healthier and stronger for my baby. What about yours?
