Makati girls, guess what? Plana Forma is now open along Rada Street, Legaspi Village!
The Glamourbox team did a trial Forma Strength class last night, and it was such an intense workout. My thighs, arms, and abs are still sore until now (it’s such an addicting feeling). It’s been a while since I last did a similar exercise—I think the last class I took that had somewhat similar movements was Barre 3 at The Spa.
And before that, I was quite into yoga.Plana Forma draws inspiration from dance, pilates, yoga, sports, and Physique 57 to come up with a highly effective and dynamic workout that’s fun, intense, and challenging to the core. It defines thighs, lifts seat, tones arms, and strengthens your center to create a lean and sculpted physique that’s strong and efficiently mobile. It helps increase lung capacity and metabolic rate, improves body awareness and posture, and increases bone density which is crucial to health maintenance and the back muscles. Because of this, it also reduces lower back pains (which is perfect for someone who suffers from dextroscoliosis like me!).
Prior to opening in Makati, Plana Forma already had branches in BGC and in Centris. I’m pretty sure a lot of people who work or live in Makati now find their Makati branch much more accessible to get to. It’s literally a walk away from our office, so us Glambabes can definitely take advantage of the distance and convenience. To celebrate the opening of their Makati branch, they currently have a promo from July 1 until August 1! Get a studio-based unlimited package of Forma, Zumba, and Yoga for only Php 3,000.
