Hi, everyone! So I recently collaborated with Cream Silk for a campaign that’s super relevant to me. The reason behind this is because ever since I started working in the corporate world six years ago, my hair fall became such a big problem. I even had it checked by my dermatologist, and took an exam to see if there was something wrong with my thyroid glands, but so far everything is normal—so I guess it’s safe to assume that it really is the stress from work.
Last January 23, I was invited to do a photo and video shoot with Cream Silk—to share how I’m going to make this my best year yet, and to commit to breaking an unhealthy habit or cycle. Because of all the changes and challenges in store for 2019, I’ve decided to commit to taking better care of myself—not just physically, but especially mentally and emotionally.
