Hi, everyone! It’s been a while since I put together a beauty-related post. I think the last time I wrote about my skincare routine was when I was still pregnant. Anyway, this time I decided to list the best facial wash products for oily skin. These are five that I’ve already tried and tested. So far, my skin didn’t break out while using any of these.

1. AVENE Cleanance Cleansing Gel – P2,160
AVENE’s Cleanance Cleansing Gel has always been my facial wash since college. This was the best facial wash for oily skin that worked on me. Not only did it control the oiliness but it also kept my skin acne-free—perhaps thanks to the salicylic acid ingredient. The only reason I stopped using it was that I got pregnant. According to some experts, it’s best to avoid salicylic acid (in high doses) while currently expecting. I plan to start using this again when my daughter Cambria is done exclusively breastfeeding! 2. Cetaphil Face Gentle Foaming Cleanser – P465
Up next is Cetaphil’s Face Gentle Foaming Cleanser, which I’m currently using. I alternate this with their Daily Exfoliating Cleanser. If you have sensitive skin, this might work for you, too. It’s unscented and very mild. I love using it together with my FOREO Luna 3. This is available on Cetaphil’s official store on Lazada.
3. Cetaphil Daily Exfoliating Cleanser – P488
As mentioned, I alternate Cetaphil’s Daily Exfoliating Cleanser with the Gentle Foaming Cleanser. What’s nice about their exfoliating cleanser is how incredibly gentle it is. So again, even those with sensitive skin might be able to use this. It’s also available on Lazada.
4. COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser – P356
It was my sister who first introduced this product to me. And whenever friends asked me to suggest an affordable facial wash, this was always one of my recommendations. I’ve been a fan of the Korean brand since 2017 when I started using their Pimple Patches. You can buy this on BeautyMnl.
5. Kiehl’s Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash – P800
Last but not least is this facial wash from Kiehl’s. This was actually what I used the whole time I was pregnant! I was a big fan of the scent. Moreover, it gently lifts dirt, oil, and impurities without drying. You can get it on their official Lazada store.
