In the past couple of years I’ve been attending the Preview Best Dressed Ball (Sporty Chic in 2012 and Just Dance in 2013), 2014′s theme, Skin City, is definitely my favorite! I have to admit though that I crammed my outfit at the last minute. Good thing I came across this one-piece lace plunge pantsuit from Miss Selfridge the afternoon before the event!
It showed off just the right amount of skin (I love anything backless!), which went really well with a pair of peep-toe heels from Aldo.
It was also the first time I brought a real date (last year, it was my sister who tagged along), and it was really kilig having the Cupcake as my best accessory.
As usual, I had my hair styled by Bubbles of Blo Blow Dry Bar in Serendra. I super loved what he did! For my make-up, I did it myself using my go-to products: K-Palette Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Liner for my eyebrows, BYS for my eye shadow, Benefit Tint and They’re Real Mascara for my cheeks and lashes, and Shu Uemura for my lips.
Of all the sheer, backless, high-slit, and peek-a-boo outfits I encountered, my favorite was Laureen Uy’s get-up by Boom Sason. It was sexy and classy at the same time.
