4 Affordable Spas in BGC

I love getting massages, especially after a long and tiring day at work. One of my favorite spas in Metro Manila is The Spa, with branches in Eastwood, Greenhills, Shangri-la Mall, Bonifacio High Street, Greenbelt, and Alabang Town Center.

But because of how frequent I book massages, I often go for more affordable spas in BGC that still offer good amenities and quality service.

Here below are my four go-to spas in BGC and why I love them:

4. Big Apple Express Spa

There are times after work where I would come here and get a massage while waiting for the Cupcake. What I like about them is they offer a Make Your Own Massage—express massages for only Php 149 (15 minutes) and Php 249 (30 minutes). Their 60-minute massage is at Php 349.

Big Apple Express Spa is located in Forbes Town Center, Bonifacio Global City (in front of Mind Museum, beside Barcino). You can check out their website here.

3. Ton Ton Massage: Traditional Thai Massage

Lately, I’ve been loving Thai massages more than Shiatsu and Swedish. For some reason, it has a more calming effect on me. I also read that Thai massages are good for people with asthma. Their body massage is Php 350 (60 minutes).

Ton Ton is in the same building as Mozu along 31st Streer corner 2nd Avenue.

2. Manos Nail Lounge

I’m a frequent client of Manos Nail Lounge, especially because of their staff. Their service is excellent, and I really like the way they massage my legs and feet—they always take their time.

Manos offers Swedish massages for Php 600 and Shiatsu for Php 550. I suggest calling them first to book an appointment, because they only have one massage room. Visit their website here or contact them at 0917-3156627.

1. Le Massage Spa et Salon Le Visage

I discovered them one evening after having dinner in Shrimp Bucket. Though it may seem small, hidden behind a money changer, you can’t miss their neon sign along 2nd Avenue corner 31st Street. Their therapists are very impressive—as if they were trained by the same owners of The Spa. If you book a massage between 12nn to 5pm, they have an early bird promo—Php 350 for 1 hour. But from 5pm to midnight, it’s priced at Php 400.

Le Massage Spa at Salon Le Visage is in the ground floor of Grand Hamptons, Tower 1, 2nd Avenue corner 31st Street in Crescent Park, Bonifacio Global City.

So those are 4 really affordable spas in BGC. Do you have your own spas to suggest? Do comment them below!
