I was recently viewing my friend’s Instagram stories, and saw that she had upgraded the look of her condo’s kitchen by covering “the ugly blue thing” also known as the water dispenser (which I’m sure is a staple in most households). Without hesitation, I tapped on the tag (@misishomemaker) and ordered one for myself.
See, our water dispenser is placed on the top shelf in the kitchen, and is an eyesore from all angles.Since our shelf is black, and the appliances beside it are either silver or black, I decided to get the mono black square that Misis Homemaker had in stock. It was P300, but plus P60 because of the shipping fee. It took only 2 or 3 days for my order to arrive, and I was so happy that such a simple purchase could transform the look of our kitchen. The material is washing machine and dryer-friendly, and was a nice and snug fit for our water dispenser (which we regularly order from Aquabest).
Ever since the pandemic started and affected a lot of businesses (especially small ones), I’ve been even more active in supporting local brands (Read: 10 Tried and Test Local Brands to Buy From). As someone who helps run my mom’s backyard business, Mama Jessie’s Kesong Puti, I know how much every sale counts. And Misis Homemaker is one brand I was thrilled to have discovered and bought from.
