Here’s a product I’m so excited to share with you guys! So a few months ago, Eye of Horus launched the first of their Brow Perfection Range, which is the Ultimate Brow Define. It comes in three lovely shades: Husk (Light Ash), Dynasty (Medium Brown), and Nile (Medium Dark). I haven’t written a review about it yet (I will soon!
), but what I have is the Husk and it’s part of my kilay obsession (alongside K-Palette’s Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Liner and Etude House’s Color My Brows). This June, Eye of Horus will be launching the second of their Brow Perfection Range: the Dual Brow Perfect! It also comes in three shades: Husk, Dynasty, and Nile. Unlike the Ultimate Brow Define, which is a thin, brow pencil on one end and a spoolie on the other end, the Dual Brow Perfect comes in an angled brow pencil and tinted brow gel.
The angled brow pencil makes it much easier for beginners who aren’t used to filling in their brows yet, while the brow gel keeps unruly hair in place. I have both the Ultimate Brow Define (in Husk) and Dual Brow Perfect (in Dynasty), and I discovered that it makes such a perfect combination. I use the Ultimate Brow Define to line my brows and fill in the inner corner (where my brow hair is finer), then I use the Dual Brow Perfect’s angled pencil to fill in my brows from the middle part to the outer tail. The angled pencil makes it easier and faster to do my arch. Using the spoolie, I then blend everything together so it looks more natural, then I finish it off with the brow gel to keep my brows in place all day.
I’ll try to write a more detailed tutorial soon, but for now, I just wanted to share with you guys this new product (which is slowly becoming my obsession, too). It will be available in Glamourbox Landmark Trinoma and www.glamourbox.ph mid-June.
Eye of Horus is available in Glamourbox, Purebeauty, select Snoe stores, Blo Blow Dry Bar, The Eyebrowdery, Browlab, and Plana Forma.
