Hello, everyone! Welcome to Greta’s Junkyard, a blog that serves as a dump of my favorite things. These include mostly topics on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and travel. If you’re a new reader, my name is Gretchen Gatan Fragada. I’m a writer and editor based in Quezon City. I’m also the founder and editor-in-chief of The Metro Edit, your curated source of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle in the Metro. On top of this, I’m a wife to Cayo, a fur mom to Booboo and Bellatrix, and a first-time mom to a toddler named Cambria. As a busy career woman and mom, it’s so important for me to stay fit and healthy. Aside from playing competitive sports or running around our village, I sometimes book Pilates sessions with ONELIFE Studio.
Imagine my excitement when I found out that ONELIFE BGC recently opened to cater to women in this area!My Experience with ONELIFE
I first discovered ONELIFE Studio when founder Tanya Maria Aguila and her team reached out while I was five or six months pregnant with Cambria. At that time, I really wanted to try their prenatal program. However, I was too scared to leave the house (since it was still the pandemic back then). A year later, we crossed paths when Cetaphil had an event at their Estancia branch, and again when they officially launched said branch. I also found out that Tanya and my former work partner-in-crime Angel Feliciano are really good friends. Plus, all three of us are girl moms! It’s such a small world.
Anyway, Tanya has made it her mission to turn every ONELIFE branch into a safe space for women. I always enjoy every Pilates session with them. Aside from giving me a quick break from mommy duties, I love how personalized it is. During the launch of ONELIFE BGC, I had another fitness assessment (I found out my body age is five years younger than my actual age and I’m hoping I can maintain this healthy physical state!) before another challenging workout followed by physio-led stretching and a theragun massage.
ONELIFE Studio’s Flagship Branch in BGC
When it comes to clinical Pilates and women’s boutique physical therapy, ONELIFE Studio is truly a trailblazer. And the opening of their BGC branch is a major leap to revolutionize the fitness and wellness landscape for women, especially in that area. “BGC felt like the ideal choice for our newest and biggest branch,” says Tanya. “We wanted to become even more accessible for more women.”
Though there are many fitness studios in and around BGC, what sets ONELIFe apart is its commitment to fitness as well as its dedication to empowering women through a holistic approach to health. I can definitely vouch for this every time I book a Pilates session with them. The supportive environment and the feeling I get after each workout are two things I truly enjoy. Additionally, I always feel empowered and inspired.
Join the ONELIFE Movement
ONELIFE’s new BGC branch isn’t just a gym but also a sanctuary where women receive tailored health and fitness solutions. This commitment emphasizes inclusivity and personalization. It also celebrates the individual journey of each woman through various stages of her life. Whether it’s managing health and stress, navigating motherhood (like me!), or recovering from injuries, ONELIFE Studio is truly a pivotal support in these diverse needs.
