The Benefits of Biotin: Why I’ve Been Taking Biotin Supplements

I can’t remember when exactly I started drinking biotin supplements. I do know that my mom recommended it when I started experiencing stress from work. She told me it would help lessen my hair fall and strengthen my nails, which are just a couple of benefits of biotin!
